At a mere 6.5 pounds, the Horton Team Realtree Ultra-Lite Express is the lightest high-performance crossbow on the market. The Ultra-Lite Express is built to last, with a true 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum riser and a forged foot stirrup for unbeatable toughness and durability. The bow's high-performance limbs, meanwhile, are crafted with Horton's proprietary three-layer lamination process, which boast an impressive 82-percent-efficient cam design. To ensure a precise fit, the crossbow boasts a fully adjustable forearm and interchangeable butt plate, along with an over-molded rubber grip and cheek piece.
Most importantly, the Ultra-Lite Express generates blazing arrow speeds thanks to such features as a high-performance synthetic string and cables, an MIM Talon ultra-light trigger, and an aluminum barrel with an overmolded, repositionable fore-end. Other details include rubber SIMS NAVCOM sound stoppers that dampen noise and vibration to encourage a smoother, quieter shot; a customized pull length (from 13 to 14 inches); a CNC aluminum sight bridge with a Picatinny scope rail; and an anti-dry fire mechanism with an ambidextrous safety.
